Institutional Investment Group GmbH (2IG) and Rabobank are leasing around 2.200 m² at ONE

CA Immo has signed two further lease agreements for a total of around 2,200 m² of rental space in the ONE office and hotel tower in Frankfurt. The tenants are the Institutional Investment Group GmbH (2IG), one of the leading independent investor platforms for real asset funds and debt investments, (approx. 1,500 m²) and Rabobank (approx. 700 m²), one of the world's leading financial partners in the agricultural, food & energy sector. The approx. 190-meter-high ONE was festively opened in September 2022 and, with the conclusion of these leases, is approximately 80% let. more

Dun & Bradstreet and Winheller are leasing around 3,000 m² at ONE

CA Immo has concluded two additional long-term lease agreements totalling around 3,000 m² in the high-rise office building ONE in Frankfurt. The tenants are Dun & Bradstreet, one of the world’s leading providers of data and analysis services for corporate decision-making (around 2,300 m²), and the Frankfurt headquarters of the law and tax consultancy firm WINHELLER (around 730 m²). ONE, which is around 190 metres high, was completed in the summer of this year and is now, with the conclusion of these leases, approximately 76% let. Colliers International acted as advisers on behalf of CA Immo and WINHELLER and CBRE on behalf of Dun & Bradstreet. more

ONE GOOD MIX – Four More Lease Agreements Concluded in 2021

The mix of tenants that CA Immo has secured for the office space of the ONE in 2021 could not be more colourful. In addition to the more traditional high-rise tenants like Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) or the consulting firms Baker Tilly and KROONGARD GmbH, the international independent game company Cloud Imperium Games Ltd. has also signed a lease agreement in ONE. In total, around 11,250 m² of office space has be let in ONE in 2021. What is remarkable is that more and more companies are moving from the traditional banking district into the ONE. The innovative concept of the building as well as the proximity to likewise future-oriented companies seems to be convincing. more

CA Immo has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) for around 3,000 sqm of office space on two floors in Frankfurt's high-rise project ONE. The company is going to relocate its German head office to the mixed-use building in March 2023. With the conclusion of this lease agreement, roughly 59 % of ONE has already been leased out. JLL acted as advisers on behalf of the tenant and Colliers International on behalf of CA Immo. more

Baker Tilly rents around 4,500 sqm of office space at ONE

CA Immo has signed a 12-year lease agreement with Baker Tilly for approximately 4,500 m² of rental space over three floors in Frankfurt's mixed-use high-rise development ONE. The high efficiency of the space, the building's mixed use and the attractive location were decisive criteria for the lease. The international company is expected to move into the building on 1 June 2022. With the conclusion of this lease agreement, about 55% of ONE is now pre-let. Savills Immobilien Beratungs-GmbH acted within the scope of a tenant representation mandate as consultant to Baker Tilly, while Colliers International provided consultancy services for CA Immo. more

Cloud Imperium Games rents around 3,000 sqm of office space at ONE

The campus concept of the fully digitalized ONE high-rise project development is convincing: CA Immo and the international independent game company Cloud Imperium Games Ltd. have signed a 10 year lease agreement for around 3,000 sqm of office space in the ONE in Frankfurt. The 190-metre-high landmark tower is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by early 2022. It is situated in a central location between Frankfurt’s banking district, the trade show venues and Europaviertel. With the conclusion of this lease agreement, approx. 50% of ONE is now let. Colliers International advised on the conclusion of the lease. more

The cornerstone for ONE was laid in October 2018. Now, only about 28 months later, the shell of the 190-meter skyscraper is already completed. Unfortunately, the topping-out ceremony and with it the personal thanks to the builders and all the planners have to be cancelled this year due to the Corona pandemic. Nevertheless, we want to say thank you to all those involved and in particular to the builders, who have achieved this feat with their hands-on work in wind and weather and under the difficult conditions caused by the pandemic and have dedicated a film to all of them. more

From the 15th floor upwards, the floorplan of ONE changes. The southwest-facing exterior of the building recedes inwards, creating the approximately 100 m² roof terrace for the coworking area of ONE, which measures a total of 7,100 m². Freshen Up! The bathrooms of the nhow are complete

During the night of 25th February, the last bathrooms of the future nhow lifestyle hotel in ONE were lifted up onto the 14th floor. With that, all 375 bathrooms, pre-constructed in the workshop, are in their intended locations. The bathrooms have already been tiled, the taps, toilets and showers are installed – meaning the facilities are now operational. The building’s shell has reached the 15th floor – which, incidentally means the shell has been completed for all the hotel floors in ONE – and the process of mounting the facade is already underway. The ONE scores particularly well on indoor air quality, acoustic and thermal comfort and energy costs. ONE is almost 20 % below the requirements of the current German Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV). more

It was awarded a platinum certification – the highest category in the certification system. The certificate attests to ONE’s conformity with the highest standards for connectivity, digital infrastructure, and future security. more
