The mix of tenants that CA Immo has secured for the office space of the ONE in 2021 could not be more colourful. In addition to the more traditional high-rise tenants like Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (Crédit Agricole CIB) or the consulting firms Baker Tilly and KROONGARD GmbH, the international independent game company Cloud Imperium Games Ltd. has also signed a lease agreement in ONE. In total, around 11,250 m² of office space has be let in ONE in 2021. What is remarkable is that more and more companies are moving from the traditional banking district into the ONE. The innovative concept of the building as well as the proximity to likewise future-oriented companies is convincing.
With the variety of business sectors, the requirements for the fit-out of the individual rental spaces naturally vary as well.
